Returns Policy

Returns policy: must be within 14 days of delivery date 

Thank you for shopping with Gina’s Grace. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle free return or exchange process. Please read our policy below:

PLEASE NOTE - RETURNS WILL NLY BE ACCEPTED AND REFUNDS ISSUED IF THE ANTI RTURN RIBBON HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH. 

  1. Initiate your return by contacting our customer service by email info@ginasgrace.com or whats app 07739185170. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return your purchase. 
  3. Securely pack items into their original packaging with the 'Anti Return Ribbon' intact. Include the return authorisation number and your receipt or packing slip.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided by customer service team (we recommend using trackable methods)
  5. Once we have received and inspected your return we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless item return is due to defect or error on our part.

Exchanges:

If you require an alternative size and therefore need to organise an exchange please contact customer service on info@ginasgrace.com or whats app 07739185170.  For an exchange and we shall cover the cost of your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges may incur additional costs.
